Dental Care for Neighbors in Need

Community Smiles brings our dental team and local partners together to help Tampa Bay residents who need support accessing care.

Through these community events, we have provided complimentary teeth cleanings, limited exams, and extractions. The video shares a look at our outreach and the people behind it.

A Commitment to Community Service

Community service has long been part of Dr. Angella Tomlinson’s life, including dental mission trips to her native Jamaica. To extend that work in Tampa, she joined Dr. Gail McDonald-Chang and Dr. Lorraine Tomlinson in establishing Holiday Smiles, the community event now known as Community Smiles.

Juneteenth 5K Community Walk/Run

Our team joined the community to celebrate freedom, unity, and health at the Juneteenth 5K Community Walk/Run.

Community Garage Sale

August 26, 2023

The garage sale was organized to raise funds for smile makeovers for Tampa residents experiencing homelessness. Remaining clothing and shoes were intended for donation to the City of Tampa for distribution.
